Cannes Rent is owned by us, Niall & Valerie Higgins, a Husband and Wife team. We offer a small selection of prime properties for rent in the heart of Cannes, Whether you are visiting Cannes for business or pleasure, for the Cannes Sun or for our famous Cannes Film Festival we hope to have the property for you. Our properties are well appointed, fully equipped, offering home from home comforts, right in the heart of Cannes.
We cater for the business traveller, requiring everything from Wireless Internet connections, to the couple seeking a romantic break, to the family requiring the complete home from home experience. We are today living and enjoying the Cannes experience, so we will never be too far away, should a problem arise. We know we are doing something right when we see repeat bookings and referrals on a regular basis.
